Watching fish regularly is essential for detecting signs of fish diseases.
Inside the aquarium are bacteria which, if an imbalance occurs, can infect the fish.
As we know, fish are particularly fragile animals that can quickly succumb to any form of infection.
How to detect a disease in fish?
The symptoms of a sick fish are many:
- loss of appetite,
- messy swimming,
- breathing on the surface,
- white dots,
- dull colors,
- swelling (eyes, body),
- spiky scales.
If you detect one or more of these symptoms on your fish, it is certainly sick and requires appropriate treatment.
